According to the Association for Environmental Protection in the Haifa Bay are, following a malfunction in the Bazan complex (a crude oil facility), a huge fire broke out earlier this evening which burned for around 15 minutes at high intensity.
According to the Bazan company, the fire broke out due to a malfunctioning compressor in one of the production facilities.
