The Knesset plenum on Monday evening approved the Knesset House Committee's recommendation regarding the election of temporary deputies for the Knesset Speaker, with 58 Knesset members supporting the recommendation and 54 voting against.
According to the recommendation, the following MKs from the coalition will serve as Deputy Knesset Speaker: MK Zvi Hauser (New Hope), MK Emilie Moatti (Labor), MK Ghaida Rinawie Zoabi (Meretz) and MK Evgeny Sova (Yisrael Beytenu).
