The Ministry of Welfare will tomorrow begin vaccinating the residents of nursing homes, sheltered housing, and places for people with disabilities.
Minister of Welfare and Social Security Meir Cohen said that "the challenge is to maintain the health of all our residents on the one hand and leave the housing places open and functional on the other. We have already experienced and know the toll it took on the physical and mental health of the elderly population to go into lockdown."
