A fire broke out in the morning in an apartment on Simcha Holzberg Street in Bat Yam.
Four teams of firefighters who were called to the scene began rapid operations to put out the fire, in parallel with searches to locate trapped people and release smoke.
During the scans, four people were rescued, three of whom were evacuated to a hospital by MDA, one in serious condition and two in light condition. In addition, three dogs were rescued.
A fire investigator was called to the scene and determined that the fire broke out as a result of an electrical failure.
