MK Itamar Ben-Gvir (Religious Zionism) addressed a letter today (Sunday) to the commander of IDF forces in the Binyamin region regarding continual stone-throwing attacks near the Hizma checkpoint.
"Unfortunately, incidents in which Arab terrorists throw stones at moving vehicles and attempt to murder Jews on Route 437 have become a daily routine," he wrote.
"It is not clear why the police and the army have not yet arrested the terrorists, and why the complaints of thousands of residents of Binyamin and Samaria who travel on this route every day go ignored. These terrorist acts must be ended."
At the end of his letter, Ben Gvir announced that he would arrive tomorrow for a tour of Kfar Hizma and examine what actions could be taken to prevent terrorist acts in this area in the future:
