This morning, the police prosecution filed an indictment against a Bat Yam resident for 12 cases of assaulting his partner and causing bodily harm, 8 during the past year.
In some cases the defendant did so in front of their youngest son, now 8 years old and once in the eighth month of her pregnancy with their youngest son, now 4 years old.
