Police arrested a street dweller over the weekend in Neve Sha'anan in Tel Aviv on suspicion of smashing a glass bottle on the head of a 15-year-old foreign girl from the Philippines, for no reason.
The girl was evacuated for treatment at Wolfson Hospital with a head injury. The arrest of the suspect, a 37-year-old foreign national from Liberia has been extended to this day on probation.
