Responding to the IDF's end-of-year report on terrorist incidents in Judea and Samaria, the Yesha Council reiterated its demands for an effective response to Arab violence.

"Here we see a significant increasing trend of incidents of rock-throwing and firebombing, just as we have been saying for the past few months - Arab violence is increasing alarmingly, and deterrence is being lost," the Council said in a statement. "The residents of Judea and Samaria are on the front lines, facing 17 terrorist incidents every single day.

"The statistics bolster our demands for more security forces in order to respond to every single incident of rock-throwing, even if no one is injured. The attempts of left-wingers to whitewash Arab violence damage Israel's security and harm Israeli citizens."
