The Electricity Law has passed its second and third readings in committee stage, after all revisions and objections were rejected.
Voting in favor were MKs Waleed Taha, Sharon Rofe Ophir (Yisrael Beytenu), Raida Zoabi (Meretz), and Osama Sa'adi (Joint List).
Before voting took place, MK Waleed Taha, chair of the Knesset Internal Affairs Committee, had MK Itamar Ben Gvir removed from the chamber. Ben Gvir had been broadcasting the events on Facebook Live.
