A 22-year-old resident of Hura has been arrested on suspicion of being involved in nationalistically motivated rock-throwing incidents during Operation Guardian of the Walls.
The man is suspected of having been part of a group of people throwing stones at the Hura junction. The group erected a makeshift blockage on the road, at which they stopped a driver whom they identified as Jewish, and then stoned his vehicle. They also stoned a police vehicle and other vehicles passing the Hura junction. No injuries were reported but damage was done to the vehicles.
