MK Ram Shefa (Labor) responded on Sunday night to Agriculture Minister Oded Forer’s (Yisrael Beytenu) plan to abolish taxes on some imported fruits and vegetables.
Speaking to Reshet Bet radio, Shefa said, "It will not happen without our consent, and if it does - it will have parliamentary prices. In the coming days we will announce this to the public. I am not hanging my hopes on meetings with Forer, he talks about farmers as an Agriculture Minister should not talk."
