The Constitution Committee has approved for just nine days the imposition of Geen Pass laws on stores over 100 square meters. Essential stores will be exempted. The fine has been reduced but will be given immediately and without warning should a violation be discovered.
No public food courts will be allowed to operate. Takeout will be sold only to those with a Green Pass.
At the request of the committee's chairman, MK Gilad Kariv (Labor), enforcement of fines on stores will begin on Tuesday to allow businesses additional preparation time. The discussion on the Hotel Financing Law will continue tomorrow morning.
