Shas leader MK Aryeh Deri has filed a defamation lawsuit in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court for NIS 400,000 against journalist Ben-Caspit for his remarks that "the blood of 45 Meron victims is on Deri's hands." The lawsuit was filed through attorney Ilan Bombach.
