The Lod District Court convicted the terrorist Muhammad Risha, a resident of Tulkarm, who tried to murder Batya Lebel in the stabbing attack in Kfar Saba on Remberence Day for IDF soldiers last year.
Lebel was stabbed 13 times in all parts of her body and was seriously injured in the attack. Risha pleaded guilty in an amended indictment to attempted murder and committing an act of terrorism.
