On the eve of the decision to give a fourth dose of vaccine against the coronavirus, about a million vaccines from Moderna landed in Israel. This is reported by the newspaper Israel Hayom.
However, in Israel, the Moderna vaccine is less used. In the United States, on the other hand, in October the FDA approved the mixing of vaccines, so that those who have been vaccinated with two Pfizer doses - Moderna or Johnson - can receive a third dose from another manufacturer. There is no such policy in Israel, nor has the epidemiological team that discussed the issue approved it.
