Dr. Dorit Nitzan, Head of emergency preparedness in Europe for the World Health Organization, commented on the Omicron strain's spread in Israel.
"In Israel, the virus is still not raging as badly as in Europe. This is a warning to socially distance and avoid gatherings. There have been cases of one person infecting a hundred."
