Speaking at this evening's coronavirus cabinet meeting, Finance Minister Avigdor Liberman expressed himself as opposed to restrictions placed on the public and on commerce.
"I don't think that it is called for, at this point in time, to take such steps," he said. "It puts us into a position where we will have to provide compensation. This entire COVID story is costing the country NIS 140 billion," he noted.
