FM Lapid: Omicron spreads far quicker than Delta but is far milder

Speaking at this evening's coronavirus cabinet meeting, Foreign Minister Yair Lapid said that he had spoken with government officials in India, the UK, and Canada, and that they had all told him that, "The Omicron variant spreads far more quickly than Delta, but the illness it causes is far milder."
