MK Yoav Kish (Likud) has attacked the Bennett government for its handling of the COVID epidemic.
"The government has failed with the Omicron variant," Kish alleged. "During the fourth wave, the goverment merely 'advised' and didn't do anything - and the Israeli public payed a high price, an unnecessary price, in terms of people who fell ill and died.
"Now, with the Omicron variant, it's time they took action, before things get out of control and are unstoppable," he said. "Unfortunately, there is no leadership in this government, no decision-making; all they do is tell stories. And, as usual, we are paying the price."
