Health Minister: Reparations needed to earn public trust

Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz (Meretz) commented on the expected fifth wave of morbidity, saying that "We are facing a challenging period. It will be difficult to earn the public's trust without paying reparations for losses incurred by restrictions."
