An earthquake estimated to be 5.4 magnitude shook parts of southern Greece on Saturday. The epicenter was reported to be in the sea, between the island of Crete and the Peloponnese, Greece's Institute of Geodynamics reported.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.

Also on Saturday, an earthquake measuring an estimated 4.3-4.8 magnitude shook an area near the city of Bergamo in northern Italy, the Italian Geophysics and Volcanology Institute said. The quake was also felt in Milan.
