Police arrested a Beit Hanina resident in his twenties last night (Friday) following a video posted on the social network, in which he impersonated a police officer and abused a person with a disability in Jerusalem.
It is suspected that while impersonating a police officer, he emotionally abused the person with a disability and caused him great fear when he demanded that he accompany him to the interrogation and informed him that he was under arrest.
