Prisons Chief Katy Perry has ordered the immediate reopening of an administrative dismissal procedure for Rani Basha, who was the intelligence officer of the Gilboa prison, Rani Basha during the period when abuse of female wardens at the prison is alleged to have taken place (four years ago).
Perry's order follows the State Prosecutor's decision to reopen the investigation into the allegations, and also an expose by the Uvda program and other media reports.
