Diaspora Affairs Minister Nachman Shay stated today that he is confident that the current government will advance the Western Wall Compromise Agreement.

In an interview on Reshet Bet, Shay said, "The Kotel Outline is on the government's agenda, and we are not going to remove it from there unless there is real dissent. During discussions I raised the issue five or ten times in various forums, including in conversations with the Prime Minister and the Alternate Prime Minister [Yair Lapid]. The issue is not going away anywhere and we fully intend to deal with it."
