Commenting on the decision of the State Prosecutor to reopen a case from 2018 into suspected abuse of female prison wardens at the Gilboa prison, Internal Security Minister Omer Bar Lev said he supported the decision.
"As soon as new testimony appeared regarding this case I asked the Attorney-General to reopen the investigation," Bar Lev said. "I welcome the Prosecutor's decision to do so," he added. "Sometimes, you just need to take a deep breath, count to ten, and simply do the right thing."
