Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai arrived with the Minister of Internal Security, Omer Barlev, at Havat Maon in the southern Hebron Hills.
MK Itamar Ben Gvir responded, "This is a disgrace, instead of going to Havat Maon, the commissioner and Barlev should look for violence in Umm al-Fahm, in the villages or in the [Bedouin] sprawl and protest there against violence and support for terrorism."
MK Ben Gvir added: "This is the most failed internal security minister in Israel ever, cowardly, left-wing and above all unwise."
