Tonight, Moriah police officers were called to the entrance square to the Knesset of Israel following a suspect who damaged the menorah on Kaplan Street in Jerusalem, near the Mishkan.
The suspect, a resident of Sderot in his 50s, was taken for questioning at the police station and later in the day the police will ask the court to extend his detention.
