Synagogue burglar gets extended detention

Police arrested a 36-year-old Tel Aviv resident on suspicion of breaking into a synagogue on Hatzav Street in the city last month. During the break-in, thousands of shekels in cash were stolen from a safe. His detention was extended in court.
