Police have opened an investigation into the road accident involving a private vehicle and a truck that occurred today on Road 411 near Mazkeret Batya. Four lightly to moderately injured were evacuated to Kaplan Hospital.
The condition of one of the injured in the accident, a 67-year-old man from Beit Shemesh, deteriorated and he died of his wounds.
