Indictment filed against Jerusalem resident for sexual offenses

An indictment has been filed against David Flavani, 25, from Jerusalem, for committing sexual offenses on a young man with a disability in a synagogue in the city. Defendant disguised himself as a psychologist and told the victim that he could help him find an educational institution.
