Electric bicycle rider seriously injured in car crash on Highway 4

A 30-year-old electric bicycle rider was seriously injured in a car accident on Road 4 to the north at the Ad Halom junction.

MDA medics and paramedics treated him and evacuated him to Assuta Hospital in Ashdod.
