Haifa: 16-year-old arrested for firing in the air while on a scooter

In Haifa, a 16-year-old boy was arrested last night on suspicion of firing in the air while riding a scooter. The suspect was arrested at the end of a chase, but the firearm was not seized. His interrogation found that he was riding the scooter without a driver's license.
