A 45-year-old Segev Shalom resident was arrested after he snatched a wallet from an elderly woman, who got off the bus at a bus stop in Be'er Sheva.
Security guards from a medical institution who were on the bus and witnessed the incident chased the suspect and caught him. Police officers who arrived at the scene made his arrest as he fought with them. The 83-year-old was unharmed.
