The Ministry of Health reports that as of today (Monday) 21 verified cases of the Omicron strain have been identified in Israel.
16 are returnees from South Africa, England, France, the United States and the United Arab Emirates and another 5 from South Africa.
21 more cases are suspected, but have not yet been confirmed by tests.
