Since the beginning of 2021, 56 young drivers have been killed in Israel (up to the age of 24), a jump of 40%, compared to a general increase of 23% in the number of road deaths.
At the top of the list of cities where young people have been injured in the past five years are Rahat, Lod, Umm al-Fahm, Rosh HaAyin and Nazareth, Yediot Aharonot reported.
