Dozens of Women of the Wall arrive at women's section of the Western Wall for Rosh Chodesh prayer and to read from a Torah scroll.
"Joy and pride in reading the Torah at the Western Wall and making a female voice heard there. The Israeli government must implement the outline of the Western Wall as soon as possible."
