Israel's ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, met with the UN Deputy Secretary General, in charge of UNIFIL.
"I met with the Under-Secretary-General Lacroix, in charge of UNIFIL, together with General Basyuk and Brigadier General Defrin. We explained that the UN must strengthen enforcement against Hezbollah in Lebanon. We asked him to present to the Security Council the real situation on the ground and the fact that Hezbollah uses civilian homes as missile launchers. We made it clear that Lebanon will be responsible for the results," Erdan wrote on his Twitter account.
