The Magistrate's Court in Be'er Sheva sentenced a man to four months imprisonment, six months probation and a fine of NIS 5,000, against the young man from Be'er Sheva who abused his dog and threw her head against the ground.

As part of the indictment filed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the young man was charged with a series of offenses of abuse, cruelty and neglect of two dogs that were in his possession. In addition, the court imposed on the defendant an order prohibiting him from possessing an animal for a year and a half.
