The Association for Civil Rights has announced that it will petition the High Court against the government's decision to allow the ISA to track cases of the newest strain by cellular triangulation.
"We view this use of emergency powers with gravest concern. The Supreme Court has already ruled this to be illegitimate, making this decision a blatant disregard for law."
