Police arrested three Arabs, residents of Jisr az-Zarqa, in their 30s, on suspicion of kidnapping a dog from a nearby moshav.
The three disassembled the collar from the dog's neck and threw the dog out of the vehicle while driving during their escape. The dog was returned to its owner.
