The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court rejected the journalists' request to allow the publication of the name of the ultra-Orthodox mayor suspected of the 1990 murder.
Judge Elad Lang wrote: "In view of the fact that he was a minor at the time of the commission of the offense and his sweeping denial of the suspicions, there is no place at this stage to allow the publication of his name."
