The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced Shuki Kostika to eight years in prison and Ben Moshe Tzruinsky to six years in prison. They were convicted of, among other things, extortion, arson and sabotage.
This is after, due to a debt of NIS 7,000, the defendants set fire to the debtor's apartment while his three younger brothers were in the apartment alone.
In addition, the defendants were sentenced to fines, probation and compensation for the three minors in the cumulative amount of NIS 135,000.
