MK Shlomo Karhi (Likud) commented on the Knesset's approval of term limits for the prime minister.
"In our democracy, the people rule. We have a law to restrict terms of office - election. The people elect their public figures at the polls and also end their tenure at the polls. Only the people should decide," he stated.
