MK Mossi Raz (Meretz) commented on the law "to prevent infiltration" that is expected to come up this coming Sunday in the Ministerial Committee for Legislation.
"I oppose the proposal to extend the law to prevent infiltration. It is a cruel law whose purpose is to make the lives of asylum seekers bitter. Not only is it cruel, it is also unnecessary because there are no more new 'infiltrators'. The correct thing to do here is to immediately address the hundreds of asylum requests that have piled up."
