The Ministerial Committee on Legislation unanimously approved the bill of Deputy Prime Minister and Justice Minister Gideon Saar to limit the tenure of prime ministers.
"Just as I promised in the election, we have now unanimously approved in the Ministerial Committee for Legislation my bill to limit the term of office of the Prime Minister to 8 years," Saar said.
