Prof. Tzachi Grossman, head of the Association of Pediatricians, was interviewed by Galei Tzahal ahead of the crucial discussion on pediatric vaccines.
"We know what we recommend for two weeks already - we have examined all the scientific material and we are equipped with everything needed to recommend vaccination. I agree with the decision as I agree with every medical decision I make," Grossman said, adding: "A month after we postponed the decision regarding the adolescent vaccines the fourth wave came. It could be that if we had made the decision at the right time we would have avoided hospitalizations. We do not want to be in that position again."
