The Be'er Sheva District Court will today sentence Aryeh Schiff, who was convicted of manslaughter after shooting Muhammad al-Atrash to death after the latter broke into his car.
The court convicted Schiff last July based on his confession to the facts of the indictment filed against him and the original offense attributed to him.
