Palestinian arrested for stealing a car and trying to run over police officers
Border police arrested an illegal resident suspected of stealing a vehicle that tried to run over police during an escape attempt near Moshav Zakaria.
A Border Patrol fighter fired a bullet at the vehicle to stop it. After a chase, the vehicle lost control, made a self-inflicted accident and the suspect inside it was arrested.
The suspect, a resident of Ramallah in his 20s, was taken for questioning by the Border Police.
