MK Simcha Rotman responded to the publication of Yedioth Ahronoth, according to which there has been a decline in public trust in the legal system.
"Trust in the judiciary in all its components is collapsing. I see the paramount importance of doing our best to have a judicial system worthy of the public's trust. I hope that my members of the Judicial Selection Committee will understand the importance of appointing judges who will rule in accordance with the law, and will not put themselves above the law.
