Prime Minister Naftali Bennett opened the cabinet meeting with a reference to the vote on the state budget.

"Transferring the budget means ensuring the stability of the country, that the business will function, that the economy will grow and prosper. We now over 7% growth," he said.

"We are pulling the country to stability, and there are those who are pulling it into chaos, more elections, and dysfunction."

Bennett asked the ministers "not to be dragged into a low level of discussion, I see there are some members of the opposition who have really lost it in recent days, I saw the pictures - it's inconceivable. Our weapon is the truth, what we build and do here. We put the country on track. This is the truth. This is a great, important, Zionistic task, and the truth will win."
